Liability Release: I voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by any illness by attending Dramatic Truth and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any and all injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at Dramatic Truth or participation in Dramatic Truth programming (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Dramatic Truth, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Dramatic Truth, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether any illness occurs before, during, or after participation at Dramatic Truth.
Princess Camp is a 3-hour camp designed for girls only, ages 3-7. Children are grouped into classes by age and participate in age-appropriate activities. Dancer must be reliably potty-trained. It is best that a child has had previous structured-activity experience before coming to Princess Camp and is accustomed to following directions in a group setting. If a dancer is struggling to adapt to the group classroom setting and is not enjoying herself on the first day, Dramatic Truth may elect to have the parents come get the child, and Dramatic Truth will refund the camp fee and encourage them to join in next year.
